Family Values -- Real World Experience

About Us
Wattco Enterprises began in 1996 as a woman-owned, Native American–owned family business built from real experience in the field. After years of unsafe work environments and unreliable leadership, Isaac and Shawnya set out to create a company where people are treated with respect, supported like family, and held to a higher standard. “Nobody eats alone” isn’t just a saying for them — it’s how they run every jobsite and every relationship.
Over the years, Wattco has grown into a next-generation company built to be passed down to their kids. With certifications that include Master Plumber, E100, B100, Directional Drilling, Backflow, and the Goldman Sachs graduate program, they bring skill, safety, and pride to every project. Their story is one of hard lessons, better choices, and a commitment to providing the kind of work environment Issac never had — and the kind of service homeowners and builders deserve.

Wattco began after Isaac and Shawnya saw the worst parts of construction work up close. Issac worked in conditions no one should face — buried in trenches, surrounded by unsafe practices, and dealing with unreliable pay. These experiences shaped their purpose: build a company where people are protected, respected, and treated like family. Shawny’s belief that “nobody eats alone” became the heart of their culture. From the beginning, their purpose has been to create better opportunities for their team, provide dependable service to clients, and build a business strong enough to pass to the next generation.
Our Mission
Wattco’s mission is to do the work right, protect the people who trust them, and build projects that last. They focus on safe jobsites, clear communication, and dependable results. Whether they’re digging a basement, fixing a sewer line, or building out utilities for a new development, their goal stays the same — solve problems, help people move forward, and serve the community with honesty and skill

Our Values
Wattco is built on family, safety, accountability, and hard work. The team shows up, follows through, and takes responsibility for the details that matter. They believe that strong communities come from people lifting each other up, which is why “nobody eats alone” is more than a saying — it’s the standard. They remember where they came from, invest in learning, and create systems that allow them to grow without losing their identity. These values guide every project and every relationship.
